Take part in the baby box programme survey

Durham University's Infancy and Sleep Centre is carrying out an evaluation of the baby box programmes (England only) and are inviting health practitioners (including support workers, charity workers or volunteers), local authority (LA) employees and parents/carers who are familiar with a baby box programme to take part in an independent evaluation project.

There are two separate surveys for:

  • Parent/carer - If you live in England and are familiar with a local baby box programme, whether you have received a box or not, we want to hear your thoughts
  • Health practitioners (including charity workers and volunteers) and LA employees - If you are familiar with a baby box programme that is running or has been proposed in England, even if you were involved in discussions about a proposed baby box programme that didn't go ahead, we want to hear your views.

Each survey is anonymous and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. You will not be asked for any personal information (such as your name, address or contact details) during the survey and your answers will not be submitted until you confirm that you are happy for us to use them at the end of the survey.
